SIX CONNECTED WORKBOOK VIEWS

• Overview — choose a calendar year and see net sale receipts, net business payments and recorded cash surplus. A twelve-month table includes sales, refunds, fees, expenses, surplus, recorded hours and sale-record counts. The next five dated launch jobs appear below.

• Sales — 200 records for paid sales, customer refunds and selling fees. Record delivery charged separately from the item amount. Refunds and fees have their own dates, so they fall in the month they happen.

• Expenses — 200 business-payment and expense-refund records, with category, supplier/reference, notes and receipt location.

• Hours — 100 working-time records. Enter minutes; hours calculate. The short sessions count too.

• Pricing — one reusable per-item calculator for materials, packaging, postage you cover, other allocated costs, working time, your hourly-rate assumption and your fee assumptions. See an estimated break-even price, a price with your desired extra, and the extra left at a chosen price.

• Launch Plan — 40 job spaces, including 18 editable suggestions. Add due dates and owners, then mark Done or Skip as you go.

USE IN MICROSOFT EXCEL

Editable .xlsx spreadsheet. No macros required. White cells are yours; shaded cells calculate and are not locked. A computer or larger screen is recommended for the wider tables. Excel software and devices are not included.

PLEASE KNOW WHAT THE FIGURES MEAN

Net sale receipts include delivery charged and subtract separately recorded customer refunds and fees. Net business payments subtract expense refunds from recorded payments. Recorded cash surplus is the difference between those records; it is not a bank balance or tax-profit calculation.

Use positive input amounts and actual whole dates no later than the review date. Do not record a platform payout as a second sale after entering the paid sales it contains. Record a fee once, not in both Sales and Expenses. Known totals exclude rows with missing or invalid required information; prompts show what needs fixing.

The pricing calculator uses your own assumptions. The percentage fee applies to item price only, and fixed order costs must be allocated per item by you. Fee rates are not live marketplace rates. Pricing estimates do not change the actual money records or calculate tax / VAT. A chosen price can show negative estimated extra. Break-even and target estimates round up to the next penny.

This organiser does not connect to a bank, collect payments, calculate tax / VAT, value inventory or track loans, owner funds or unpaid orders. A Sale row may be an order or a batch; counts are records rather than individual items or unique orders. Starter launch jobs are optional suggestions, not a complete business or legal checklist.

This is a digital download. No physical item or device is included. Listing pictures show illustrative entries; your customer records are clean, with 18 editable starter launch jobs retained. The PDFs are ordinary writing pages, not fillable forms, and do not calculate or sync. No cutting is needed.
