Before buying

Our paid tools are sold through the Useful Little Studio Payhip shop. Check the listing for included files, format, compatibility, price and any licence conditions. These are digital products unless the listing states otherwise; there is no postal delivery. The applicable purchase and checkout information is shown in the shop.

Download help

Follow the download instructions shown after checkout and in your purchase email. If a file is missing, a link is not working or you have difficulty opening it, email useful.little.studio@gmail.com with the product name and order reference. Please do not include passwords or card details.

Cancellation and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this page. For UK digital-content purchases, a change-of-mind cancellation right can end when the download or supply starts only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of that right. Where those conditions are not met, applicable cancellation rights remain. Contact us if you want to cancel so the circumstances of your order can be checked.

If paid digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer requirements, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, your rights can include a repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. There is no blanket rule here saying that digital products are never refundable. This information does not limit rights you have under the laws that apply to your purchase.

Using the files

Follow the licence and usage conditions supplied with the product. Please do not resell, upload or publicly distribute our files without permission. To recommend a free resource, share the webpage so each person can request their own copy.
